The concealed carry requirements here in Colorado Springs are you have to be able to pass the same background check now required to purchase a firearm. It doesn't affect gang members aquiring and using stolen weapons, but it allows regular citizens to be able to defend themselves against the punks. ....they now think twice about robbing people using a gun.

That is a good thing!
