Is it possible that the museum and it's "gift shop" are considered a separate business from the casino, and not subject to gaming regulations? What about all the shops at the Aladdin or Bellagio or Reno Hilton? Are they restricted in their merchandise because they are connected to a Casino? What about Eldorado selling silver strikes over face in their gift shop?
