Unfortunate to happen but not sure TSA had a lot of control on a guy starting in a foreign country and never passing through US security. Sure they might have stopped him before boarding but again, not something HLS or TSA has a lot of control over. However I agree that US security is not efficient -- the TSA being one of the worse offenders of this.
