I'm looking at this safe with a weight of 84 lbs.
Unless its set in concrete or bolted to something the only thing I see here is that it might be a bit of a nuisance for a theif to carry away.
I think what I would do is buy a safe like this, fill it with rocks hide my chip binders under the bed and hope
the thief doesn't look there
