She says she can get to the StrikePoint, SlotCardBBS and Club board just fine.
I was hoping some folks here might be able to help me with some ideas on what she can do to fix her problem. She says she hasn't installed any software lately. When I asked about updates from Microsoft, she says she keeps it up-to-date but she didn't answer my question if any updates have taken place the past couple days.
When she tries to access the ChipBoard, her IE pegs at 99% percent and nothing comes up. Here is a screen shot of a dialog that she got after waiting a very long time:
