From all the research I have done, I can find no evidence of the Cleveland
Syndicate being involved in the operation of the clubs of Jeffersonville or Clark Co. Indiana. There is strong evidence that one of the bars had ties to Chicago. I'm sure that more pieces of the puzzle will fall into place.
