Hello. If you haven't been there in 15 years, be prepared for a culture shock. As you pull onto the main "strip" from the AC expressway, there is a mall of all high end stores, so shopping will not be a problem. IF you do move from one casino to another, if you show the next casino your parking slip, you shouldn't get charged if within 24 hours. Some also don't charge if you get a players club card, and some you have to be an "elite" member. There are bargins. When I stay overnight, I stay at the Trop, they tend to be one of the cheapest.
