I am not sure how good he is, Von hired him to do the work. Shoop sill has to have experts come out and evaluate it- you know check for assbestos and other hazardous materials. Shoop is going to update us on the progress. (Me, I think it's a scam... ) I think Shoop is trying to get Von's Festivus Florida MOUNTAIN bike (he likes the seat).
