Well I'm wondering if they changed their staff and fixed all the rooms.
as the 1st and only time I stayed there was over 1 year ago and the staff was rude,
not friendly, not helpfull---the room was dirty as if the cleaning maids were 3 year old. This was a complete discrace.
So I hope Harrahs changed alot more than just the name.
