well most 000 mailers, even with 10 chips inside will bend..at least the 1/2 inch requirement...at least the 000's i send with no chips of any geat value....i supposed if your mailing, say a chip worth a hundred bucks you probably would put a layer of cardboard to protect the chip even more..but then your sending with insurance anyway....the question here was a 000, 1 oz.....very bendable......sending 3 chips, ....still very bendable.....
