Bottom right, 431 w/ eagle. I picked up one just like this from the Elyria OH Eagles Club #431. They were using them for drink tokens until a few years back. Now it's like pulling teeth to get one. I had to make a dozen trips back to the club before catching one of the officers who had finally remembered to bring one from home. No one knew of any of these chips left in the club at all.
