The Seneca Nation is going forward with casino expansion despite any progress in negotations with the State of New York. They've long had a high stakes bingo operation in their rather delapidated structures near Buffalo. They added (illegally I beliege) video poker machines some time back; now they are completing substantial renovations of their buildings and are going to expand gambling whether the State goes along with them or not.
