Use a free image hosting service such as Photobucket. www.photobucket.com upload your picture to Photobucket and then copy the link.

Post the link using the the picture formatting "pic" and "/pic" in square brackets. Or paste your link in the "Optional Image URL"

Much faster and easier and you don't have to worry if your file is too big.
