hotel lobby is on the 23rd floor..wouldnt let you go up there unless you where a guest...the rest. and lounge opens at 5pm on the 23rd floor...anyone can go then. Dont know what kind of car this is, but as I attempted to take more pics of it, a lady runs out and tells me the car belongs to a guest and I cant take anymore pics....
