Anyway, I was at Barley's the night they opened. The G.O. chips were not quite available, as I was walking around I see Tuna leaning against a wall. Waiting for chips of course. He walked out with racks of them.
For those who do not know, Tuna Lund was a poker player who would have won the WSOP Main Event in 1990, except a 10 on the river, which was a 2 outer, prevented that & Mansour Matloubi won instead a few hands later.
Tuna & a number of other poker players back in the mid to late 90's would buy racks of LE's & put them in safety deposit boxes, hoping they would go up in value. Tuna's might still be locked up. He came from a family who had money, they own/owned gold mines in Northern Nevada.
