I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET SOME OF YOU AT THE PAST JUNE CONVENTION AND REALLY ENJOYED PUTTING YOUR NAMES AND FACES TOGETHER. WE HAVE PURCHASED FROM MANY OF YOU OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND FOR THOSE BUYS WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU. I HAVE A FABULOUS COLLLECTION OF FRACTIONALS.
ON SEPT. 4, DENNIS WAS DIAGNOSED WITH MAGLIANT MELAMONIA THAT HAD SPREAD THROUGH-OUT HIS BODY. HE HAD SURGERY TO REMOVE A LARGE BRAIN TUMOR ON SEPT. 18TH. AND RELEASSED FROM THE HOSPITAL ON THE 21ST. I CARED FOR HIM BY MYSELF WITH SOME OCCASIONAL HELP AND THEN HE HAD A HORRIBLE DRUG REACTION AND WE WERE BACK AT THE HOSPITAL. IT WAS SO HARD TO SEE HIM SO HELPLESS AND FRAGILE, AND THEN HOSPICE WAS BROUGHT IN TO SUPPORT US AND SOME OF OUR FAMILY CAME TO HELP. DENNIS FOUGHT AS HARD AS HE HUMANLY COULD BUT THIS BATTLE HE LOST. HE DIED IN MY ARMS AND AT HOME, BECAUSE I HAD PROMISED HIM THAT. THE EMPTINESS IN MY HEART AND SOUL IS UNBAREABLE. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNEW HIM YOU KNOW WHAT A SPECIAL MAN HE WAS. HE IS BEING HONORED AT A MEMORIAL IN PETALUMA, CA WHERE HE WAS THE CHIEF OF POLICE. IT WILL BE DEC. 4, AT 4:OO AT THE PETALUMA COMMUNITY CENTER IF ANY OF YOU CAN COME TO SAY FAREWELL. I'LL BE BACK AFTER I'VE HAD TIME TO GRIEVE--- BYE FOR NOW, BILLIE JEAN
