This was the start of a mixed use developement next to the Red Rock Resort. This picture just about says it all. While the airport was crowded and the fellow at the car rental place said all cars were sold out the crowds still aren't there. My observation is the local casinos have more of a crowd than the ones on the strip.

It seems that just about all started projects are on hold as I haven't seen any construction anyplace.
