Any service comes with a price (cost). There is no free lunch. That's why we have taxas... and the whole object with any of the proposals is to eliminate the fraud and overspending... There is no reason why the government allows me to have my toenails trimmed every 60 days (which I do not take them up on). There is no reason why I should see an endocrinologist every 90 days if I'm well under control of my own body and do not take any meds... Two times a year should more than enough.
This, with other cost cuts will save at least 59% of those $$$ tat will be going straight into the plan...
It should work...
My only suggestion is to speed matters up and instead of waiting 36 to 48 months before implimented; a huge tax be imposed to at least get those who are in need of medical attention to get it sooner than later... Though the health provider issue may be a problem (doctors); there are enough doctors in Central America, Indio Ocean and Asia who will be more than willing to set up residency along with American doctors... at a drop of a hat, guaranteed. If they can do it in the UK, Europa and Canada... so can we. I don't think it would hurt in giving it a try...
