I don't like the by-law, either...and we should
continue to discuss bringing it back to where it
was and SHOULD be. It's in the best interest of the
club as a whole....nothing less.

Chapters should strive to be the best they can and
attract as many CC>CC members as they can....not
the opposite...it's too dangerous. All one needs to
do is just realize what can easilly happen if it
stays the way it is. We're more than just a
hobby.... we're a major organization built on pride
of fellowship. I display this at evey welcome table
I sit at while introducing the club...then I mention
the local and specialty chapters. This is what
prompts new membership into the club...in my honest
opinion.
