On 1st issue I have not seen any, would say it is in a collection somewhere. I have seen only $1 2nd issue up for auction and have
not seen any since then. The 2nd issue 50 cents has a picture in James book. Hope that helps a bit :
OH, have seen the 3rd issue up for auction a few times, mostly the $1 chips.
