Hi Bob - I think this is called "law enforcement." Some can do it very well, some can do it not so very well and some can't do it at all.

The ones who can't do it at all shouldn't hold a position they can't handle.

I'd like to see Doris want to be a club member without being forced to be a club member. I think this answers a lot of questions, Bob. I think this is what troubles so many of us who care.
