As one of the "Rascals"...I have posted my comments about the by-law change
on the club board...one additional thought, why is it that the presidents of
three of the local chapters have a problem with old by-laws plus the president
of the Southern California chapter (which I am a member of) also said that
the old by-law was a problem. These are the folks that volunteer their time
and effort to work to build the local and national clubs.
