Actually it didn't make much, if any, difference while the CCC was a disenfranchised chapter. We were informed last year that our chapter was no longer a chapter member of the CC & GTCC. We weren't officially reinstated until last month as I understand it. I was asked to send a check for our chapter dues in May. ....could be that it is more beneficial for national to have and keep the local chapters than quibble about a small minority of locals that don't belong to national.
