I don't know why you have been refering to the change in the bylaws as MY victory. I didn't make any proposals to the BOD on this issue. I didn't know it was going to happen. I didn't know that it was going to be addressed at the business meeting.

The change could well be a victory to every local chapter. It appears that most, if not all locals have at least a few members who aren't members of national, and now they all are in compliance with the clubs bylaws.
