This change was a By-Law change which can be (and was) accomplished by the Board. Now that a thorough discussion is being aired, the change can be rescinded by the Board, if they so desire. There is no Referendum Procedure (or any other process) for revising the By-Laws by the membership short of replacing the By-Law makers with new ones.
