Though the chip is fairly uncommon, I've seen 5 auctions for this chip on eBay (uncancelled) in the past 3 years or so, and those sold in the $115-$350 range.

I don't know what your cancelled chip is (whether it was cancelled by the casino or by the manufacturer) but I would say it would be worth a very small fraction of an uncancelled one.
