good luck is just my wish that you find success Ralph. Odd thing, I've had AOL for about 15 years and only had to call them once. Even though the cool kids make fun of aol, when I've used ISP services, I had to call those guys 2-3 times a week just to find out how to get the thing to open from one day to the next!
