I remember the Colorado chapter thread being on the board. As far as Florida I believe that Mark Lighterman told me that they did not require National membership. Isn't he the President? Personally I think national membership should be required but I did not feel stronly enough either way to say anything at the National meeting, nor did anyone else that was present. I will support a bylaw change if you wish to submit one send a copy to me and I will submit it also. You should talk to Mark first as you may have A CONFLICT OF INTEREST as Floridian chapter VP.
