It's always a pleasure to visit with old friends that Brenda and I have made over many years and we were not disappointed on this visit. We enjoyed our dinner with about a dozen club members at Tuscany and exchanged some good conversation just before the club meeting at the Leatherneck Club. Even won a few raffle prizes at the meeting! We spent some quality time with our good friend Jerry O'Neal in Laughlin for a day ... and had a few laughs with the Donley's and Jerry on Veterans Day ... searching for egg whites for breakfast. (Inside joke)

Hockey game tonight at Orleans Arena ... Neal Sedaka show on Friday night at Orleans!!

We are not looking forward to our return flight out of town early Saturday morning. Will be back in June, 2010 for the convention at South Point!

BTW/FYI: While staying at Wyndham Grand Desert Resort we were very surprised to see well-over a dozen (non-operational) slot machines set up in the bar/lounge area. When we questioned some of the staff about the status of these machines were were told that they will be up and running in about a week to ten days and will be operated by HARRAH'S!!
