There are actually more than ethics involved. Club dues are now going to be provided to assist chapters performance which will benefit non-members. Non-members will sail under the club's colors and name. Why would any chapter who would suggest and allow such action as being in part separate from the club even report an ethics problem to the club? Why would any chapter even want a non-member to be part of it?

PLEASE, could someone provide a link as to this discussion involing the Floridian Chapter. Please!
