John, I have not had a close look at the machines in the 2 RI "casinos" (slots only). We don't have regular dealer tables & given my home state's track record I can't believe they'd leave that to chance. I think the state law that allowed slots at our dog track & Jai Lai arena was written to guarantee a set percentage for all payouts over the life of the machine but I'm not certain. Plus the minimum I saw was $15 not $3. I'll do a little more diggin and the next time I go to one of our gamblin' halls I'll take another look but I promise you these machines will not be getting any of my cash!
