because it is such a cheap item, I felt a little petty making a big deal over it but the seller just ticked me off with their attitude. I will most likely leave a fair but negative feedback. I did open the paypal dispute but couldn't get the picture to upload. I will see what they do and if they dont refund it...just drop the whole matter as it isn't really worth the time or energy. The money for the chip isn't really an issue as much as the attitude irked me.
