I get requests from foreign bidders through ebay. I check the feeback and add some of them to my bidder exemption list. I have sold lots of stuff from my board posts to foreign people too. I just dont want to sell to foreign bidders from ebay when i cant track the items even if it means less money. If i dont know someone from out of country and they win an item all they have to do is say they didnt get it and i would have to refund the money whether they had the item or not. It has happened to me before. They only way for me to track if an item was actually delivered is to pay over $20 for shipping. Most of my items would be worth less than that.
