My Mother has a large collection of postcards (12,000+) she has collected over several decades. She asked me if I would sell it for her to help with her finances. Unfortuantely for me, I am not well versed in post card collecting. Seems like going with one big lot would clearly be the easiest and will also likely be the least helpful to her financially. Selling in smaller lots would be lots of work (particularly with the cards in Florida and me being in Connecticut) but would probably would help my Mom more. Either way, scans would not be easy to provide. She does have them documented fairly well in an Excel Spreadsheet.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to approach this? Anyone know of a postcard site or club similar to what we have for poker chips?
