Last evening before law enforcement searched the shooters apartment, they evacuated the whole complex and surrounding area because they didn't know what they would find. Who knows what was going through this guys head although since it looks like he is going to live it may come out. I wonder if he snapped due to being harassed because of his religion. It almost reminds me of a high school shooting where a kid is bullied over a period of time, they finally snap after taking it for so long, and exact revenge upon the bullies in a violent manner. Very sad!
