This chip is listed in Dick Staeffler's California Tribute Guide as lavender with purple inserts; unlike this version. (Mine could be a sample.) Does anyone have a scan of the actual, in-use version?

ps. While this scan shows both sides of the chip, those sides may not be of the same chip. I used a single reverse to show the common reverse for several of these Host/Business Card chips.
