The old one resided in the CT zone. This one is actually in your time zone.

I have the same issues sometimes with my own. I still havnt quite worked out how timestamps are picked up.
As my website doesnt have anything that relies on timestamps it doesnt matter, BUT, sometimes when I go to re-upload a page (like to mark something 'SOLD') within an hour or two of the previous upload, I get a "file on server is already a later copy" message and have to force the overwrite.
