The Grand Holiday Casino in Aruba (Holiday Inn) used Scandinavian Dawn chips in their poker room. I have used the $25 chip in a poker tournament in the Excelsior myself (successor casino to the Grand Holiday), so I can vouch that they have them. I would say its a wet chip (Scandinavian Dawn) and an Aruba chip (Grand Holiday).
