No it wouldnt make it a Las Vegas chip just because it is valid there because it has the location PRINTED ON THE CHIP?

Btw, Ive got chips here denominated in DM, which were used in half a dozen different casinos in both Germany and Austria, and Austria never even used the DM, they had their own currency.
