My asking you to read our Constitution (w/ a smile) was in response to your guns statement; where you would read the Second Amendment... the part about the right to keep and bear arms.

I know nothing about the Child Welfare Act, though... nor do I know anything about the phone gig that was instituted in September, 2008, under the Bush Administration.

Again, my asking you to read the Constitution with a " " in my subject line referred to guns, nothing more. This should clear up any thoughts you might have in the future regarding asking me about anything referring to our Constitution/Bill of Rights.... Wise guy
