I agree with both you and David. I understand having a Silver Strike chapter. Silver Strikes have very little in common with casino chips. I see SS having a closer relationship with tokens than with chips. I think a token chapter would also make sense.

I don't see, however, the need for a roulette chapter. Save for not having a denomination, roulettes are virtually the same as casino chips. If a roulette chapter makes sense, then there is little that can be argued against an illegal chapter. Then, of course there are the Baccarat collectors, the oversized chip collectors, the NCV collectors, and so on. I guess as a general rule, if it's made of clay/plastic - no separate chapter.

Does the general collector have to join all chapters?

Having said all this, if there is a roulette chapter, I'm in.
