Where else (country) on this earth can someone with billions of dollars go to buy into it... even w/o a return. It's happening as we speak; for one reason and one reason only... we, the American people, are the most productive force on the face of the earth (not to think less of any other country, of course)... and this is not an opinion, it's accepted fact, which, of course can be twisted/debated, but the bottom line is still there... They're buying into our debt like there's no tomorrow.

The only problem we may have down the road is when China opens up shop in The Bahamas, along with drilling off Florida's shore for oil; a mistake Carter made when he extended Intenational waters to Castro....
