Seriously, I think that there are two very important factors to consider. While there are certainly more, I would suggest a good database program and methodology to keeping the data accurate. Secondly, if not already, develop contacts that are knowledgible about CICs, i.e., who made them, for how long, different types, etc.

Record everything into the database. One day when you hit the print button, you just might have a book!
