I might be able to help you some. I have mostly red singles, but I may have a couple pairs of colored dice that I wouldn't mind parting with. I am just a little curious why he/she only wants singles though. How old is the "younger" member and is he/she a location snob(only Vegas) or would A/C work too. Also, are "drilled" dice O.K.?
