Thanks for your note. I can honestly say we are trying to get as much input as we can from the members (over 300 surveys done at the Convention) and the opinions I solicited on this board.

I can tell you we are discussing ways that we can re-do the "traditional" nightly schedule of activities to see if we can see if we can provide more trading time. We have even talked with the hotels about an extra room for trading. I won't say there will be trading going on during show hours but even if we don't do that I think most members would like a room to gather in when other events aren't on just to trade and socialize.

We are also seriously looking at educational sessions during the day as opposed to early morning.

I don't know what changes can be made but the opinions that have been offered are being considered and I feel confident some of them will be implemented.

I appreciate your offer to help. I know Belinda will jump on your offer to help, as she coordinates all the volunteer time and she never forgets an offer from a potential volunteer <G>. Thanks!
