...Dateline New Boston, NH...
Just an update on my eBay auction. I sent the buyer a refund less my expenses. I haven't decided about posting negative feedback for the buyer, although the possibility of retaliation is not something that will keep me up nights. The feedback feature of eBay has got to be one of the strangest things I've ever seen. I've seen sellers with feedback numbering in the thousands with NO negatives. Statistically, I don't believe this is possible. It makes me think that negative situations are ignored. That is a BAD thing.
Someone asked about the emails the buyer & I exchanged. That was the weird part: there weren't any. I shipped the lot to him & didn't hear anything from him until I received the lot back with his letter accusing me of "tampering withe (sic)" the items. Very strange! Had the buyer emailed me and politely advised me he had a problem with the lot I would have been more charitable.
Who posted the pic of the revolver? Now that was funny!
Again... A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone for all the input.

"Live Free or Die"
P.S.- "Live Free or Die" is the New Hampshire State motto. It is attributed to General John Stark, a Revolutionary War hero. He captured a cannon from the British in the Battle of Bennington. The cannon, known as the Molly Stark Cannon, is in the possession of the New Boston Militia. It is stored at our local historical society. The Militia fires the cannon every 4th of July. THAT is something to see!
