I don't know exactly how long ago that the posts starting using PDT timestamps instead of CDT. From what I gather from folks, I guess it has been going on for at least a few weeks. The fact that I didn't really notice it indicates that it didn't really bother me too much at all.

My initial concern (or panic a little bit ) was yesterday morning when we all woke up and saw the board was timestamping posts with the incorrect day altogether. Now that got my attention big time! lol.

Not only that, but at first glance, it initially appeared as if the posts from the previous evening were missing as well. We of course found out later that those posts were still in the database, just not being shown yet until the timestamp either caught up or was fixed.

Thankfully Jim Follis contacted me and gave me his experiences on this issue as it has happened before. Also a few others have stepped up and shared information on what they knew about the board having a timestamp problem. Specifically a couple of other individuals have indicated they communicated with Greg about the two hour difference. Sounds like Greg tried to "fix" but couldn't.

The real motivation for me on the two hour difference is wondering if this is somehow related to the situation we had yesterday... So now my thoughts are not really about whether or not we use PDT or CDT but rather if we still have a problem that needs continued researching. Especially to avoid having a situation like we had yesterday.
