Judy, I had that problem for over a month. It seems that when I changed from Optonline to Verizon somehow it was rejecting the emails coming from the Chipboard. Something about a "white list"...Verizon contacted Greg for information however it never work until Greg changed the email address on the board to read
Greg@chipguide.com and that solved my probolems... That was done about a month ago. You might try deleting you email address and re-entering it on The Chipboard and see if that clears it up.
