Some good new guys... I have been on the phone with the provider who is doing Greg's server hosting. They have communicated to me what information they need before they will give me any information about Greg's server and account. I will forward this information to Carol so that she get me authorized for access.

In the meantime, I communicated our situation with date-and-time issue with the technician on the phone. He was very reluctant to do anything at all but he understands our situation. Since it was only a date change, he graciously agreed to help us out.

The strange thing was that he asked me what the date currently was for the most recent posts... I checked the posts and see the it was now saying 10/15/2009 for the most recent one (but I don't think he had made a change yet...) It did appear however that the date was still on PDT and not CDT. He did adjust the time for us so hopefully that will fix up the issue with the time being off as well.
