Yeah, I was thinking it was more like a promo piece that the park would use to drum up support for their plans. Maybe handouts to politicians or local business owners? Just guessing...

Hope all is well in IL! My mom said they were talking about snow the other day (she's in Algonquin). Can't say I miss that too much Pam!
